App Store purchases
The current product pages link to free listings. If an installed app offers an optional purchase, Apple shows the price and billing period before confirmation. Request refunds through Apple Report a Problem.
Subscriptions
If offered, manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. The Apple confirmation screen is authoritative.
LibriListen
LibriListen does not currently operate a live purchase or subscription system, so there is no LibriListen charge to refund. If a paid feature is introduced, its store listing and Apple purchase screen will show the price and billing terms before confirmation.
Products without purchases
No refund applies when no charge was made. A product has a paid feature or subscription only when its store listing and purchase screen show one.
Client services
Custom development, design, publishing or consulting refunds follow the signed proposal, statement of work or invoice.
Purchase help
Email info@libriapps.com with the app name and Apple order reference. Never send card details or an Apple Account password.
