Privacy policy

How the LibriApps website and individual products handle information.

Scope and contact

This policy covers libriapps.com and LibriApps products published by LIBRIHOUSE. Questions: info@libriapps.com or info@librihouse.com.

Website and enquiries

Google Analytics may process browser and device information, pages viewed, referral information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and cookies or similar identifiers. We use aggregate information to understand discovery and site performance. You can block analytics through browser controls. If you contact us, we use your message, address and attachments to answer and maintain appropriate business records.

HueBid, Turf, FlowInvoice, Vento, VoltInvoice, Shyne and Ridge

These trade apps store business records you enter—such as customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, services and settings—on your device. Versions offering accounts or sync can use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Versions offering paid features can use Apple’s payment system and RevenueCat for entitlement status. Apple processes payment details; LibriApps does not receive your full card number. If a feature is not offered in your installed version, it is not activated merely because it is described here.

Cyla

The current released build stores cycle, symptom, reminder and preference information locally on your device. It does not use this information to diagnose or treat a condition and does not include advertising trackers. Device backups and Apple services are controlled by your device settings.

CompTIA A+ Course Prep

The app can use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for accounts and learning-state sync. When configured, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics receive limited use and diagnostic events. Logging controls are designed not to send lesson text, answers, notes, email addresses or user identifiers as analytics event details. Apple controls App Store purchase records.

LibriListen

LibriListen keeps imported originals, parsed reading data, search data, covers, bookmarks, highlights, notes and listening position in its local Application Support library. It does not upload document contents to LibriApps servers. Speech is generated locally by bundled engines in the default build.

“Import from URL” makes a one-time HTTPS request to the public page you provide, then extracts readable content locally. That website receives ordinary request information such as IP address and user agent under its policy. Cookies and page trackers are not retained in the library.

Manual backup creates a ZIP at a destination you choose. LibriListen does not upload it itself; the Files or cloud provider you select may process it. Optional staging builds can retrieve a voice catalogue over HTTPS, but that is not enabled in the normal build. There is no live payment system in the current build. Debug events are designed not to contain document text, titles or filenames.

More LibriApps products

GroomTrail, GlossPilot, EPA 608 Exam Prep and US Driver Knowledge Prep are part of the published LibriApps product suite. Their data practices will be described here as account, payment or cloud features apply.

Retention and choices

Local data remains until removed in the app, the app is deleted, or a device backup is changed. Cloud account records are retained as needed to provide and protect the feature and meet legal obligations. Use our deletion guide for requests. We cannot erase Apple purchase history, a third-party website’s logs or an exported copy held elsewhere.
