Local data
Use the product’s delete or reset control where available, then uninstall if you want to remove its remaining app container. Apple-controlled backups may retain an older copy.
Trade apps
Delete records in the app. If your version has account or sync, use its account-deletion control. If inaccessible, email info@libriapps.com with the app name and account email—never a password. Delete exports separately.
Cyla
Use “Delete all data” to clear local cycle records, symptoms, reminders and onboarding state, then uninstall if desired. LibriApps cannot remotely delete device-only data.
CompTIA A+ Course Prep
Use in-app account deletion when available. If inaccessible, email info@libriapps.com from the account address. Remove downloads in the app or by uninstalling. Apple retains its purchase records.
LibriListen
Deleting a Library document removes its indexed record and local document folder. Uninstalling removes the app container. Delete exported backup ZIPs separately from Files, iCloud Drive or another provider. A webpage used for URL import may retain an ordinary server log.
Website, analytics and email
Clear or block analytics cookies in your browser. To request deletion of an email or support record held by LibriApps, email info@libriapps.com. We may retain limited records for security, disputes, accounting or law.
Verification
We may request reasonable verification. We cannot delete data independently controlled by Apple, Google, a webpage or a storage provider you selected.
